2. What data do we process?
- Identifying data: name, email, phone number, company name.
- Communication data: content of messages you send via the contact form or email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, time of visit — used only for security and statistics.
3. Why do we process this data?
- To answer your question or quote request.
- To carry out ongoing projects and contracts.
- To meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting).
- To safeguard the security and operation of our website.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, the performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in providing our services.
5. Retention
Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months. Accounting data is kept for seven (7) years per legal requirement.
6. Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with external processors working for us (hosting partner, accountant, email provider). A data processing agreement is in place with every processor. Messages you send via the contact form are delivered through the email service Resend (processing in the EU), solely to deliver your request to us. We never sell your data.
7. Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking or analytics. That is why you see no cookie banner here. Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may set a strictly necessary security cookie to fend off abuse and attacks; it legally requires no consent and contains no personal data for marketing purposes.
8. Your rights
