How much does a website from Covents Solutions cost?
Nothing upfront. We build your website completely free and you only pay a fixed monthly fee from € 89 (excl. 21% VAT) that covers everything: hosting, maintenance, updates and support. Software or custom work like a reservation system? We quote that individually.
Is there really no setup cost?
Really. We build your site at our own expense and you only start paying once it goes live. No thousands upfront — a professional website should never be a barrier, especially not when you’re just starting out.
What does the monthly fee include?
Everything your site needs: professional hosting on a global CDN, your domain name, SSL certificate, backups, updates, small tweaks and personal support. One fixed fee, no hidden costs.
How long is the minimum term?
Twelve months. After that your subscription simply continues month to month and you can cancel with one month’s notice. No fine print.
What if I want to stop?
Then the monthly fee stops too — and your domain name always remains yours. Want to keep the site? After the minimum term you can buy it out for a one-off € 750 (excl. VAT) and take it fully into your own hands. We explain it honestly, no catches.
What about my domain name?
Your domain name is registered in your name. It always remains your property — even if you ever decide to stop. We think that’s only fair.
How long does it take to build a site?
A Start site typically goes live within 2 to 3 weeks. A Groei site takes 3 to 5 weeks. Custom work is scoped individually. You always get a clear timeline before we start.
Do you use templates?
No. Every site is built from scratch in code, fully tailored to your business, brand and customers. That means faster pages, better Google visibility and a truly unique presence.
Do you handle SEO?
Yes. Every site ships with a solid SEO foundation: fast load times, correct metadata, structured data, sitemap and mobile-friendly design. The Groei plan adds keyword optimisation and Google Business Profile setup.
Which region do you serve?
We’re based in Roeselare and Maldegem and work with starters and SMEs across West and East Flanders: Bruges, Kortrijk, Ghent, Ypres, Ostend, Tielt, Izegem and beyond. Remote collaboration is equally possible.
What if I want to change something later?
Small tweaks are simply part of your monthly fee — send us an email and it gets done. Bigger changes or new features are discussed upfront with a clear price.
